The new enterprise will become an important step in the development of the industrial potential of both the region and the country as a whole. RuAutoTrailer represents a full-cycle manufacturing complex, including all the main stages of production: from metal processing and robotic welding to painting, assembly, and quality control of the finished products.
The RuAutoTrailer LLC factory will produce equipment under the VollKraft brand, developed based on modern global technologies and standards. The product line includes curtain-sided semi-trailers, container carriers, refrigerated trailers, and flatbed models. The key advantage of the new equipment will be improved modifications: a lightweight design and the use of galvanized metal, which is especially important for the premium segment with high operational parameters.
Special attention is given to mastering a fundamentally new direction for the Russian market – the production of multisets (semi-trailer – drawbar trailer – semi-trailer), intended for the formation of road trains using modern KAMAZ tractors. This will significantly increase the efficiency of cargo transportation.

The project plans to form a manufacturing cluster and producers of components for semi-trailers and mounted equipment, with a total investment exceeding 2.5 billion rubles, of which 1.7 billion rubles have already been utilized.
The capacities created allow for the production of up to 8,000 units of equipment per year.
Tax revenues (expected fiscal effect) to the budget of the Vladimir region may amount to up to 1.0 billion rubles with the launch of the plant at design capacity.
More than 500 new jobs will be created as part of the cluster.
The location of production in Vyazniki opens up good logistical opportunities for supplies to Moscow and St. Petersburg. The implementation of the project will also have a positive effect on the restoration of the city’s industry, where traditionally textile and machine-building sectors were developed, and will contribute to the formation of highly qualified personnel in the region.
In the first year of operation, the enterprise plans to produce up to 1,750 units of products, and by 2029 to reach the design capacity.
