The MFO, in accordance with the order of interaction with the Bank of Russia, must inform the regulator about changes in the information contained in the MFO registry by submitting a statement to the Bank of Russia about making changes to the information about the microfinance organization contained in the MFO registry, in the form of a file generated using the electronic template of the specified statement, posted on the official website of the Bank of Russia.
Terms and procedure for submitting an application to the microfinance organization (MFO) about making changes to information about the MFO contained in the register of MFOs are establishedBy the instruction of the Bank of Russia dated 19.11.2020 No. 5627-U,Regulation of the Bank of Russia dated 27.12.2017 No. 625-P.
List of information, the change of which entails the inevitability of making amendments to the state register of MFIs:
- Address specified in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE);
- full and (or) abbreviated (if available) corporate (if available) name of the WTO in Russian language;
- address of the official website on the “Internet” (if available);
- contact phone number;
- email address;
- Information about the person specified in part 1 of article 4.3 of the Federal Law dated 02.07.2010 No. 151-FZ;
- Information about the individual specified in part 1 of article 4.1-1 of the Federal Law dated 02.07.2010 No. 151-FZ;
- and also reorganization of the microfinance organization in the form of a transformation.
Changes in information about the MFO regarding the name, address specified in the EGRUL, official website address on the Internet, contact phone number, and email address are submitted by the Bank of Russia to the MFO registry no later than 5 working days from the date of submission to the Bank of Russia of the relevant application on changes to the information about the microfinance organization contained in the MFO registry.
Liability for violating the deadlines for submitting an application regarding changes in information is established by law. In case of missed deadlines, the Bank of Russia has the right to issue an order.
