From June 19 to July 24, 2026, the formation of lists of candidates for the Information Technology Committee of users of PJSC Moscow Exchange is being conducted.
To ensure representation in the Committee of all interested parties, the formation of candidate lists is carried out taking into account the prescriptions of the FAS of Russia[1]and the requirements of the Federal Law “On Organized Trading” accordingly.
The quantitative and personal composition of the Committee will be approved by the Exchange Board taking into account the requirements of the Regulations on the Committee.
Acceptance of proposals from organizations, applications for inclusion in the list of candidates for election to the Committees, as well as consents to the processing of personal data and confidentiality obligations from candidates is carried outuntil July 24, 2026to the email address:elena.shevchenko@moex.comwith the subsequent provision of the original documents to the address: 125009, Moscow, Bolshoy Kislovsky Lane, building 13.

Document forms (offers, applications, two Consents for the processing of personal data, and Confidentiality Undertaking), which must be filled out to be included in the list of candidates for election to the Committee, are posted via the linkhttps://www.moex.com/a331.
The offer is signed by a sole executive body or another person acting on the basis of a power of attorney confirming the authority to sign the Offer (with an attached certified copy of such power of attorney).
