At the bottom floor of the Shanghai Museum (a branch at People’s Square), four artifacts were unpacked and presented to the public: three artifacts from Mexico — monument №52 from San Lorenzo, monument №1 from Las Limas, a ceramic vessel with the image of the rain god Tlaloc, as well as one from Peru — a golden headdress. These and almost 3,000 other monuments of ancient culture will be exhibited at the grand exhibition “The Summit of the World Tree: Ancient Civilizations of America” at the Shanghai Museum from July 9, 2026, to November 14, 2027.
