The State University of Management invites students to participate in the annual competition of the Mayor of Moscow among innovative developments for the best scientists, entrepreneurs, and inventors of the capital “Innovator of Moscow.”
This is an opportunity to introduce yourself, showcase your work to the Government of the capital, gain support from the city, expert feedback, and resources for the growth of the project.
Competition held in three categories:
- “Project of the Future” – for early-stage projects with a laboratory or experimental sample and a formulated value proposition. The winner will receive 500 thousand rubles, and the finalists – 100 thousand rubles each.
- “Changing Reality” – for projects with a ready prototype of innovative products and validated business hypotheses. The winner will receive 1 million rubles, and the finalists – 150 thousand rubles each.
- “Innovation Leaders” – for projects with a ready innovative product, confirmed revenue, and a legal entity. The winner will receive 1.5 million rubles, and the finalists – 200 thousand rubles each.
Each nomination includes six key city-oriented directions: medicine and pharmaceuticals, amenities and construction, industry, creative industries, transport and logistics, ecology and environmental protection.
Scientists, developers, and technological entrepreneurs from the age of 14 can participate — individually or in teams of up to five people. Applications must be submitted by May 5 on the official competition website. The project operator is the Autonomous Nonprofit Organization “Human Capital Development,” subordinate to the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Development of Moscow.
The “Moscow Innovator” award has been presented since 2020. During this time, more than 16 thousand participants have created 210 innovative projects, shared a prize fund of over 120 million rubles, and attracted investments totaling more than 1.4 billion rubles.
