Beijing, June 15 /Xin Hua/ — China steadfastly assigns an important place in its diplomacy with neighboring countries to relations with Nepal, and China’s friendly policy towards Nepal is oriented towards the entire population of that country. This was stated on Monday by Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi.
Wan Yi, who is also a member of the Politburo of the CPC Central Committee, made corresponding statements in the course of negotiations with Nepal’s Foreign Minister Shisir Khanal in Beijing.
The head of the Ministry of International Development assured that China, as before, will support Nepal in protecting state sovereignty, independence, and territorial integrity, as well as in seeking a path of development corresponding to the national conditions of this country. –0–
