Beijing, June 15 /Xinhua/ — The Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress announced on Monday the appointment of Wu Huixian as the head of the Finance and Economic Management of the administration of the Special Administrative Region (SAR) of Aomen.

This decision was made in accordance with the provisions of the Basic Law of the Macao SAR and upon the proposal of the Chief Executive of the Macao SAR, Cheong Kuoc O, as stated in the statement of the Macao SAR Government Council.
