Child labor

Today is World Day Against Child Labour. The International Labour Organization emphasizes that, despite progress made, 138 million children worldwide still work, including nearly 54 million in hazardous conditions. Under the slogan “A red card to child labour: fair play for children, decent work for adults,” this year’s World Day campaign calls for intensified measures aimed at preventing and eradicating child labour.
