The Bank of Russia will issue a commemorative silver coin with a denomination of 3 rubles called “Voron Kut” on June 15, 2026, as part of the series “Legends and Fairy Tales of the Peoples of Russia” (catalog number 5111-0536). This is a mythical character, a hero of legends and fairy tales of the northern peoples of the Far East. Legends about the creation of the world are connected with him.

Silver coin with a denomination of 3 rubles (mass of precious metal in purity – 31.1 g, alloy assay – 925) has the shape of a circle with a diameter of 39.0 mm.

The obverse and reverse sides of the coin have a raised rim around the circumference.

On the obverse side of the coin, there is a relief image of the State Emblem of the Russian Federation, inscriptions “РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ” (RUSSIAN FEDERATION), “БАНК РОССИИ” (BANK OF RUSSIA), the coin denomination “3 РУБЛЯ” (3 RUBLES), year of issue “2026 г.” (2026), the metal designation according to the Periodic Table of Elements by D.I. Mendeleev, the assay of the alloy, the trademark of the Saint Petersburg Mint, and the mass of the precious metal in purity.

On the reverse side of the coin, there is a relief image of a fairy-tale raven riding a sled, to which pink salmon are harnessed, against the background of a landscape executed using laser matting technology, featuring a mountain and forest and a colored image of the sun, whose rays are rendered with a light interference effect; around the circumference, there are inscriptions: at the top – “LEGENDS AND TALES OF THE NORTH OF RUSSIA”, at the bottom – “VORON KUTKH”.

The coin’s edge is grooved.

The coin is made with “proof” quality.

Mintage of the coin – 5,000 pieces.

The issued coin is legal tender for cash payments in the territory of the Russian Federation and must be accepted at face value in all types of payments without restrictions.
