An information desk of the Association of Additional Professional Education “MCPK Mechanical Engineering” was set up at the personnel center “KAMAZ”. Here you can sign up for free training in eight in-demand technical professions within the framework of the federal project.
According to the head of the Development Service of the MPC Engineering, Aida Kostina, at the information desk, you can ask questions about courses, clarify deadlines and expectations, find out how to properly draw up a contract, listen to instructions on the registration procedure, or immediately sign up for training.“Thanks to the joint work with the personnel center ‘KAMA3A’, we have made the enrollment process for training as convenient as possible for applicants”, – she emphasized.
After submitting the application, a specialist from the Mechanical Engineering Vocational Training Center (MPTC) is assigned to the trainee, who will accompany them from the beginning to the end of the course. Practical skills are developed on the center’s modern equipment, and then reinforced at the workplace. The theoretical part will be taught by experienced instructors during the daytime from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Those who are already working in production and want to obtain a second specialty can also enroll in the courses. The main condition is that the student has not previously completed similar free courses. The current training of the MPC in mechanical engineering is carried out within the framework of the federal project “Active Employment Measures” of the national project “Personnel.”
In 2026, those wishing can train as CNC machine operators, locksmith-repairmen, CNC machine and manipulator setters, machine tool controllers and locksmith workers, electric gas welders, broad-profile machinists, welders, automatic line and unit machine setters. The course lasts approximately one and a half months, training programs started in mid-May. The last group will receive certificates upon completion of the course in October.
