The capital repair projects for four residential buildings in the Maryino, Nizhegorodsky, and Maryina Roshcha districts have been approved. This was reported by the Chairman of the Moscow City Committee on Pricing Policy in Construction and State Expertise of Projects (Moskomexpertiza).Ivan Shcherbakov.
“The approved project documentation provides for a comprehensive renovation of four buildings constructed between 1956 and 1988. Specialists will refurbish the facades and roofs, modernize the internal engineering systems, restore entrances and stairwells,” said Ivan Shcherbakov.
The work will take place at the following addresses: 3rd Maryina Roshcha Street, houses 19 and 30, Novocherkassky Boulevard, house 27, Orekhovo-Zuevsky Passage, house 22.
At the building on 3rd Mar’ina Roshcha Street (house 19), the facade will be cleaned and plastered, the loggia slabs and the canopies above them will be repaired. The concrete steps in the entrance will be restored, and on the roof, the fencing and ventilation hoods will be replaced.
In house 27 on Novocherkassky Boulevard, the main task will be to renovate the roof. Here, the covering slabs and the walls of the technical floor will be repaired, the enclosure of the rooftop structures will be replaced. Inside the building, heating, water supply, and drainage systems will be modernized.
In the building at the address: Orechovo-Zuevsky Drive, house 22, the brick facade masonry will be restored, balconies and balcony screens will be brought into order. The wooden structures of the roof will be treated with a fire-retardant compound and the roofing covering will be completely replaced. For safe maintenance of the building, anchor points for fall arrest systems will be installed on the roof.
“When updating the facades of brick buildings, such as the house on Orevo-Zuevsky passage, specialists apply hydrophobic technology. The walls are covered with a thin invisible film to reliably protect the brick from atmospheric precipitation. This technology is very reliable and has proven itself excellently,” noted Pavel Ryabonenko, Deputy General Director of the Moscow Capital Repair Fund.
In the building at 30 on 3rd Maryina Roshcha Street, the main work will concern engineering communications. Thus, there, the mains for cold and hot water supply, sewer risers, and heating will be replaced, after which restorative finishing will be done. Garbage chambers will also be brought in order.
