The delegation of the OAT Group visited PJSC “KAMAZ” with the aim of studying advanced experience in the field of organizing employee catering.

The delegation includes the head of corporate and property change projects at JSC “OAT” Elena Kuchay, the procurement director of JSC “OAT” Valeria Syrova, and the HR director of LLC “Avtosvet” Galina Fedorchenko. Currently, “OAT” (part of the structure of PJSC “KAMAZ”) is conducting a procedure for selecting a hot meal supplier for the Group’s enterprises located at the Dimitrovgrad site (LLC “DAAZ”, LLC “Avtosvet”, LLC “DZPM”, LLC “DLZ”, JSC “DAAZ”). Knowing about KAMAZ’s positive experience in this matter, the company’s representatives arrived at the automotive giant with a business visit.

Guests visited the canteen of the automobile factory, where they saw how a partner company – iFCM Group – organizes corporate catering, going through the entire production cycle – from cooking dishes to serving them. The guide was the deputy director of the labor relations department – head of the food organization and social infrastructure group Vladimir Mishurov.

During the working meeting, the delegation familiarized itself with the infrastructure of the food unit, the menu planning system, the principles of forming the diet and approaches to the organization of healthy eating operating at “KAMAZ.” The parties discussed issues of implementing lean production technologies at the canteen, digitizing the processes of ordering and accounting for food products using IT technologies, working with suppliers, and quality control of products. They also talked about the organization of separate nutrition and accounting for the dietary preferences of employees.
