General Part of the Rules for Conducting Trading in the Stock Market, Deposit Market, and Credit Market of PJSC “Moscow Exchange MICEX-RTS”, approved by the decision of the Supervisory Board of PJSC Moscow Exchange dated January 23, 2026 (Protocol No. 11) and Part II.The section of the stock market Rules for conducting trading on the stock market, the deposit market, and the credit market of PJSC “Moscow Exchange MMVB-RTS”, approved by the decision of the Supervisory Board of PJSC Moscow Exchange on January 23, 2026 (Protocol No. 11), and in connection with the receipt of a letter from JSC “Sberbank CIB” about the cancellation of the placement of bonds of the structured documentary-free series CIB-SO-1031 non-convertible with collateral provided by JSC “Sberbank CIB”, ISIN – RU000A10BKX7 (hereinafter – the Bonds), it is established that from 19:00 Moscow time on August 6, 2025, trading in the Bonds in the trading mode “Placement: Addressed Orders” will not be conducted.
