3. Check the compliance of the legal entity’s name with the requirements established by part 7 of article 2.6Federal Law No. 196-FZ, in case of necessity, make the corresponding amendments to the charter of the legal entity and the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE).
A pawnshop must have a full corporate name and is entitled to have an abbreviated corporate name in Russian. A pawnshop is also entitled to have a full corporate name and (or) an abbreviated corporate name in the languages of the peoples of the Russian Federation and (or) in a foreign language. The full corporate name and (if available) the abbreviated corporate name of the pawnshop must contain the word “pawnshop” and indicate its organizational and legal form.
After entering the selected name in the charter and the USRLE, it is necessary to opentemporary personal account of the participant of the information exchange.
4. Pay the state duty for entering information about the legal entity in the pawnshop register.

5. Activate the personal account of the participant of the information exchange and send the set of documents for entering data into the pawnshop registry.
The statement on the inclusion of information in the pawnshops register must be submitted to the Bank of Russia in the form of a file generated using the electronic statement template posted on the official website of the Bank of Russia (available atIn the personal account of the information exchange participant).
6. Prepare and present to the Bank of Russia the necessary set of documents.
7. Receive a notification about the entry of information into the pawnshop register.
After reviewing the documents, the Bank of Russia may make a decision to include information about the legal entity inRegister of pawnshops, or about the refusal to make an entry. In case of the presence of grounds provided for in clause 8Instructions of the Bank of Russia No. 5626-U, the submitted documents may be left without consideration. Based on the results of the document review, the Bank of Russia sends the applicant a notification of the decision made no later than3 working daysfrom the day of making such a decision. In the event that the Bank of Russia makes a decision to include information about the applicant in the pawnshops register, the regulator shall not later than one working day from the day of making the decision enter in the specified register an entry about the applicant containing the information providedBy the order of the Bank of Russia No. 5626-U.
