On June 4, 2026, at the fields of the XXIX St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2026), the Moscow Exchange and VimpelCom (the Beeline brand) signed an agreement on cooperation in the development of digital customer service using artificial intelligence and big data exchange.

At the official signing ceremony, Senior Managing Director for Retail Business and Electronic Platform Development Igor Alutin and Deputy General Director for Corporate Business of Beeline (PJSC VimpelCom) Maxim Zaikov took part.

The parties agreed on a strategic partnership aimed at enhancing the security of voice communications for Moscow Exchange clients and on the development of AI models to detect and counteract telephone fraud.

The agreement also provides for the use of predictive and behavioral algorithms based on artificial intelligence to optimize interaction with clients, as well as the implementation of projects for the system integration of technological solutions from domestic vendors.

Within the framework of the partnership, it is planned to develop online and offline service channels using the Beeline Big Data ecosystem platform, as well as to conduct joint marketing activities, exchange expertise, and promote communication initiatives.
