On June 4, at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, the rector of GUU Vladimir Stroev and the president of the “NOTEX” Association, GUU alumnus Alexey Nikitin, signed a cooperation agreement.
The parties agreed to jointly work towards forming a personnel reserve of specialists possessing both industry-specific competencies in managing investment and construction projects, as well as practical skills in working with software products.
“From the first year, students of GUU solve practical tasks within project-based learning, provided by partner organizations of the university. Our student design bureau has been conducting research and design developments for the country’s largest enterprises for the second year already. I am confident that the partnership with ‘NOTECH’ will expand the opportunities for our students to acquire competencies that are in demand today,” noted Vladimir Stroev.
Let us remind you that “NOTEX” represents the interests of Russian technical customers and other participants of investment and construction projects (ISP), carrying out planning, organization, management, and control of construction, as well as providing other engineering services throughout the life cycle of the ISP.
Former head of the Department of Economics and Management in Construction at the Institute of Sectoral Management Olga Astafyeva joined the Expert Council of the “NOTEX” Association.
