On June 4, 2026, at the XXIX St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2026), the Moscow Exchange and JSC “National Payment Card System” (NSPC) signed an agreement on strategic partnership in the area of development and promotion of the use of national payment instruments.
The official signing ceremony was attended by the chairman of the board of the Moscow Exchange, Viktor Zhidkov, and the general director of NSPK Dmitry Dubynin.
The parties have agreed on the creation of new platform services and technologies based on the infrastructure of NSPK and the Moscow Exchange. The cooperation involves integrating NSPK’s payment solutions with the financial products of the Moscow Exchange, which will allow citizens to start investing and more effectively manage their funds.
Viktor Zhidkov, Chairman of the Board of the Moscow Exchange:
“The development of the payment infrastructure is the foundation of the country’s technological sovereignty. We are convinced that the integration of NSPK payment instruments with Moscow Exchange products will create a new impetus for involving citizens in investments – simply, in a familiar way, using the NSPK channels and services that they are already accustomed to using.”

“The partnership of NSPK as the operator of the national payment system and the Moscow Exchange as the country’s largest investment platform will allow each holder of the “Mir” card and user of SBP to gain convenient, secure, and clear access to investment opportunities and products“.

Payment system “Mir” — Russian national payment system. More than 220 banks participate in the “Mir” payment system, which implement acceptance and servicing of “Mir” cards within their device network. Fast Payment System (FPS) — the Bank of Russia service that allows instant transfer of funds between your own accounts in different participant banks of the SBP, as well as to the accounts of other clients by phone number. With the help of the SBP, you can also pay for goods and services via QR code or payment link/button. As of today, there are more than 210 credit institutions participating in the SBP.
