Platform“Electronic House”expands its capabilities. Now Muscovites can quickly find out which major internet providers service their home. All the necessary information is collected in a new section and is accessible in a few clicks.
Previously, residents had to spend time searching for data — checking multiple websites and calling companies to find out if it was possible to connect the internet at a specific address. Now the platform automatically generates an up-to-date list of available providers based on the addresses specified in the user’s profile. In each operator’s card, all the tools for quickly connecting the internet are provided: a direct link to tariff plans, a hotline number for consultations, and a redirect button to the company’s website to submit an application.
A new feature is available to all residents of the capital. Information about the provider is open to users with any level of account registration on mos.ru and does not depend on the status of address verification. To find the section, you need to log in to your personal account on the websiteed.mos.ruor inmobile applicationplatforms, select the “My Home” tab, specify the desired address and go to the “Useful Information” section.
The “Electronic Home” platform has been operating since November 2020 and helps Muscovites manage their homes online — through the website or application. With its help, users can receive important notifications about events in the house (for example, about hot water supply shutdowns or elevator repairs), report malfunctions to the management company in the apartment, house, and yard, pay utility bills, transmit meter readings, communicate with neighbors, hold general meetings of owners in electronic form, and much more.
The project is being developed by GKU “New Management Technologies” together withDepartment of Information Technology of the City of Moscow.
Creation, development, and operation of electronic government infrastructure, including the provision of mass socially significant services, as well as other services and electronic form services, correspond to the objectives of the national project“Economy of data and digital transformation of the state”and the regional project of the city of Moscow “Digital State Management.” More information about the national project of Russia and the contribution of the capital can be found atspecial page.
