On June 1, 2026, the Moscow Exchange began accepting applications from companies to participate in the 29th annual Annual Reports Contest.
Annual reports competition – a key event of the year in the field of corporate governance and interaction with investors. It assesses the quality of information disclosure, the level of business transparency, the effectiveness of communication between issuers and shareholders, and the professional community.
Viktor Zhidkov, Chairman of the Moscow Exchange Board:
“Annual reports remain one of the main instruments of dialogue between companies and the capital market. We see how many issuers improve their disclosure approaches, striving for informational clarity and completeness, which enhances investor confidence. The competition year after year allows identifying best practices, determining leaders whose reports become a benchmark for the entire corporate community. We are pleased to invite companies to participate in the competition and together with the Moscow Exchange strengthen the reputation of business in the Russian economy.”
Applications from companies are accepted from June 1 to August 25, 2026 inclusive. An additional point is awarded for applications submitted by July 25.
Any Russian or foreign company that prepares an annual report in Russian or English can participate in the Moscow Exchange annual reports competition. To do this, it is necessary to fill outquestionnaire-applicationand attach the annual report for 2025 in electronic form in PDF format.
The award ceremony for the winners of the Annual Reports Competition will be held at the Moscow Exchange Forum on Corporate Governance on October 29, 2026.

Grand Prix:
- “The best annual company report with a market capitalization of over 200 billion rubles;”
- “Best annual company report with capitalization from 40 to 200 billion rubles”;
- “Best annual company report with a capitalization of up to 40 billion rubles”;
- “Best annual report of a private company”;
- “Best Annual Sustainability Report” (co-founder – RSPP).
Other nominations:
- “Best debut”;
- “Breakthrough of the Year”;
- “Best Annual Report: Effective Communication”;
- “The best disclosure of information on corporate management”;
- “The best disclosure of ESG information”;
- “The best presentation of the company and strategy”;
- “Best annual report of a new issuer in the capital market for the last 3 years (2023–2025)”;
- “Best Annual Report of an MSP Issuer” (co-founder – MSP Bank);
- “Choice of retail investors” (co-founder – community of retail investors).
