Volunteers of the enterprise, together with representatives of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate, and biker communities, told the children about safety rules on the road, on water bodies, as well as regarding fire safety at home and in nature. Special attention was paid to traffic rules: during summer holidays, teenagers are often seen riding pit bikes, scooters, and other modern means of transportation. The organizers reminded schoolchildren about the importance of using protective gear — helmets, knee pads, elbow pads, and gloves, as well as the necessity of wearing bright clothing and reflective elements during dark hours.
Ecologists of “Orenburgneft” conducted ecological lessons on the topic of recycling and waste separation for schoolchildren. The children watched thematic cartoons about caring for nature, also participated in a quiz and were able to win useful souvenirs from the Company. For the children from the Kirsanov orphanage, “Orenburgneft” volunteers held a sports event with an animation program, fun relays, and a tea party.
In the Saratov region, volunteers from the Saratov NPZ held a charity event “Tree of Kindness.” Its goal is to provide targeted assistance to children who found themselves in difficult life situations. The children wrote their wishes on paper apples. Volunteers from the plant picked “apples” from the wish tree and fulfilled children’s dreams. Toys, sports equipment, educational games, and other essential items useful for children during summer holidays were handed over to the wards of the Complex Center for Social Services of the Gagarinsky district of Saratov.
In the Samara region, volunteers from the Syzran NPZ handed over toys, stationery, and creativity kits to young patients in the surgical and pediatric departments of the Syzran city hospital. A plein air called “The Art of Oil Refining” also took place at the plant for the pupils of the art school. The children also tried themselves as design engineers: splitting into teams, they laid out the route of the oil pipeline, discussed the terrain features, and together searched for optimal solutions.Young “engineers” “built” a pipeline and “launched” the “oil,” trying to deliver it to the final point without losses. At the end of the celebration, all participants were given certificates of “Young Oilman” and commemorative gifts.
“Kharampurneftegaz” organized a series of events for the children from the orphanage “Northern Radiance.” The wards visited the open-air geological museum-reserve on the shore of Andreevskoye Lake. Here in 1883, during excavations, scientists found fossilized remains of animals, anthropomorphic clay figurines, bronze items, and much more.
