Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko held a meeting of the Supervisory Board of ANO “National Priorities”, at which the results of the organization’s work in 2025 and plans for the coming year were discussed.
In 2025, following the President’s instructions, new national projects were launched — today there are already 20 of them. Besides the development of social infrastructure, economic and citizen support measures in various spheres of life, a large block of technological leadership projects has been launched, in particular, “Means of production and automation”, “Unmanned aviation systems”, “Technological provision of food security”, “New materials and chemistry”, “New atomic and energy technologies”, “Development of space activity”, “Technological provision of bioeconomics”.
The recognition of national projects remains at a consistently high level – this indicator has not changed compared to 2024 and amounted to 91%.
The top 10 most recognized national project measures by the end of 2025 include: maternity capital (96%), preventive examinations and medical check-ups (89%), measures to combat cyber fraud (89%), implementation of separate waste collection and sorting (86%), digitization of public services (84%), improvement of public spaces (84%), construction of the high-speed Moscow – Saint Petersburg railway line (83%), family mortgage (82%), the “Pushkin Card” program (81%), conservation of rare animal species (80%).
“It is important that people not only know about the national project but are also involved in its implementation. We see this in key performance indicators. For example, in 2025, more than 22.5 million tourists visited nature reserves and national parks, 290 thousand students enrolled in the “Professionalism” colleges, and the competition was almost 4 people per place. The most popular budget-funded university programs remain engineering, pedagogical, and medical specialties.Significant success in promoting the image of the Far East: in the last two years, the number of applicants from other regions of Russia entering Far Eastern universities has increased more than fourfold,” noted Dmitry Chernyshenko.
Among the key directions of the activities of ANO “National Priorities” in 2025 are the support of new national projects and the collection of feedback from people to adjust the implementation of national projects in the regions, the performance of the functions of the operator of the Decade of Science and Technology in Russia (“Nauka.rf”), informing Russians about measures to support citizens and the economy (“Obyasnyaem.rf”), the formation of an attractive environment for living and working in the Far East (“Dalnevostok2030.rf”), the popularization of physical culture and sports, the attraction of foreign students to Russian universities.
The team of ANO “National Priorities” was also engaged in supporting the international Olympiad in financial security and popularizing measures to combat cyber fraud, forming a positive image of the Russian stock market (in particular, promoting individual investment accounts and long-term savings programs), ensured the holding of the largest IT forum in our country and the “Digital Solutions” award, and provided informational support for the 100th anniversary of the international children’s center “Artek.”
General Director of ANO “National Priorities” Sofia Malyavina presented the results of the main communication campaigns of 2025.
Support for families with children: 80% of surveyed Russians note that the arrival of a child in the family changes family life for the better; 86% agree that being a dad is cool; +4 percentage points believe that people become responsible and mature after having children. 96.8% of families with children received support measures (according to the Ministry of Labor data).
Opportunities for youth: 92% know or have heard about measures of state support for children and youth; 81% agree that Russia has all the opportunities for the development and self-realization of youth. Among the audience aged 18-24, the share of those who believe the government has begun to pay more attention to supporting youth has grown by 9 percentage points; the assessment of the adequacy of grants for youth projects increased by 8 percentage points.
Scientific specialties: 77% believe that working in the scientific field in Russia is promising; 92% of parents support their child if they want to work in this area; +9 percentage points (up to 85%) agree that engaging in science in modern Russia is prestigious; +8 percentage points (up to 81%) agree that science is a promising track for obtaining an education.
Additional education for schoolchildren: 76% of parents of schoolchildren are aware of the children’s center “Growth Point”; 71% of school-age children already attend at least one hobby group or section; +11 percentage points (up to 69%) the awareness about the digital education center “IT-Cube” among parents of schoolchildren has increased; +9 percentage points (up to 69%) awareness about the technology park “Quantorium” among parents of schoolchildren has increased.
Dispensarization: 98% are aware of dispensarization in Russia; 91% note that they would recommend undergoing dispensarization to friends, acquaintances, or relatives. More than 104 million people underwent dispensarization in 2025 (100 million people in 2024); +3 percentage points (to 51%) note that they have undergone dispensarization once or several times.
Urban environment improvement: +7 percentage points (up to 86%) are aware of the all-Russian vote on improvement projects; 60% voted for improvement projects at least once; 84% agree that environment improvement projects make their city/village better; more than 16.6 million people voted for the improvement of their city on the portal (according to the Ministry of Construction of Russia’s plan, 14.9 million people).
Ecotourism: awareness of ecotourism increased to 82% (+10 percentage points); 98% of those who visited specially protected natural areas with hotels would return there again; 95% of those who took trips on eco-routes are ready to recommend them to their loved ones. More than 22.5 million people visited specially protected natural territories of federal significance (+4.9 million compared to 2024).
Sport in Russia: 88% of Russians are aware of government support measures in the field of sports; 83% positively evaluate the government’s attention to sports development issues; 61.6% of citizens systematically engage in physical culture and sports. The positive assessment of the development of children’s sports sections increased by 5 percentage points, and the positive assessment of yard sports infrastructure increased by 9 percentage points.
Volunteering: 92% believe that citizens in Russia have opportunities to participate in volunteer activities; 80% know or have heard about programs that provide opportunities for participation in volunteer activities; overall awareness of the “Dobro.RF” platform has increased to 78% (+3 percentage points).
Digital services on “Gosuslugi”: awareness of the service from the “Life Situations” catalog increased up to 86% (+24 percentage points), overall awareness of the service grew up to 70% (+8 percentage points). 82% of those who saw the advertisement agree that the “Life Situations” service is a convenient solution that simplifies obtaining services. 73% of all respondents call the service an effective solution for obtaining services. More than 70 million times Russians have used the “Life Situations” services since its launch.
Business measures: 94% are aware of the existence of government programs to support business; 91% of entrepreneurs who used the services of the “My Business” centers were able to solve their tasks; +16 percentage points increase in awareness of the digital platform “MSP.RF” among those who saw the advertisement; +9 percentage points (up to 70%) increase in overall awareness of the “My Business” center. More than 4 million unique visitors to the digital platform “MSP.RF” in 2025.
Far East: more than 41% (+24 percentage points) believe that the prestige of Far Eastern universities is higher than the prestige of universities in other regions. More than 64% (+2 percentage points) consider the prospect of relocating to the Far East attractive. More than 66% (the figure has not changed compared to 2024) are confident that by 2030 the Far East will become more attractive for living.
The campaign to attract applicants to the Far East (“Dalnevostok2030.rf”) received the Grand Prix and three more awards of the E+ Awards 2025 marketing prize. The “Creative Far East” project received the Luneta prize in the special nomination “For the development of the creative economy of the regions.”
