On June 2, 2026, the Moscow Exchange will start trading settlement futures contracts on American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) of the largest international companies in the technology, industrial, consumer, and pharmaceutical sectors.
Investors will gain access to deals with futures on Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), ASML Holding, SAP SE, Sony Group Corporation, Toyota Motor Corporation, PDD Holdings, JD.com, and Novartis AG.
New instruments will expand the opportunities for private and institutional investors to implement trading strategies using popular foreign assets. The calculative nature of derivative instruments allows participation in the price movement of international companies without the infrastructural risks associated with owning foreign securities.

“We see a stable interest of investors in futures on global assets and are consistently developing this segment of the derivatives market. The average daily volume of trading derivatives on foreign shares in 2026 increased by 24% compared to the same indicator last year, and the total trading volume of such assets on the Moscow Exchange during the past period in 2026 exceeded 840 billion rubles, with transactions concluded by 42,000 individual and legal entities. The open positions volume in this segment has doubled since the beginning of the year and reached 60 billion rubles, which is a record level.”Taking into account new contracts, the instrument lineup for global assets will include 29 futures on securities of companies from more than 20 countries, providing investors the opportunity to open positions in the securities of the largest representatives of various sectors of the world economy.

For each instrument, two quarterly series with the nearest expiration dates will be supported simultaneously in trading. The last day of contract conclusion is the third Friday of the expiration month (March, June, September, December). On June 2, investors will have access to contracts expiring in September and December 2026.
