The Colombian Institute for Educational Credits and Technical Research Abroad (ICETEX), together with the State University of Management (GUM) and the Embassy of the Republic of Colombia in the Russian Federation, is conducting recruitment for the program “Beca Colombia para Extranjeros” (Scholarship of Colombia for Foreigners).

Participants can be holders of a higher education diploma with an average score of at least 4, aged from 18 to 50 years.

You can choose one of two directions: master’s degree studies or specialization with a maximum duration of 12–24 months, or preparatory courses in Spanish with a duration of up to 6 months.

Training will take place on the territory of Colombia, which will provide full immersion in the culture and the Spanish language.

The scholarship program covers:

  • full cost of training;
  • A monthly living stipend equivalent to twice the minimum monthly wage in Colombia (about 60,000 rubles);
  • medical insurance during training, assistance in obtaining a type V guest visa through the consular offices of Colombia;
  • A one-time payment of 250,000 Colombian pesos (about 4,800 rubles) for issuing an identity card for a foreigner.

Registration is carried out exclusively online through the ICETEX portal until 17:00 on June 5, 2026, Colombian time (until 01:00 on June 6, 2026, Moscow time).
