Today, May 21, the CEO of PJSC “KAMAZ”, Sergey Kogogin, visited PJSC “NEFAZ”, the subsidiary of the automotive giant in Bashkortostan.

The delegation also included the first deputy general director of PAO “KAMAZ” – executive director Irek Gumerov and the deputy general director of PAO “KAMAZ” for personnel management, organizational development, and corporate governance Zhanna Khaliullina.

During the visit to the production facilities of the automobile plant, the leaders familiarized themselves with the progress of work within the framework of ongoing projects on the modernization and increase of production capacities for the manufacture of passenger buses and new generation K5 dump trucks. Top managers personally evaluated the modern technological solutions being implemented at “NEFAZ”.

At the exhibition of machinery produced by the subsidiary company “KAMAZ”, modern models of cargo and passenger transport were presented. Among them are the NEFAZ-95094 dump semi-trailer with a platform volume of 24 cubic meters, a road train consisting of a NEFAZ-45143 dump truck and a NEFAZ-8560 dump trailer, KAMAZ-6295 and KAMAZ-62959 dump trucks, a medium-class city bus KAMAZ-4290 operating on diesel fuel and compressed natural gas, and a suburban bus KAMAZ-5222.

The managers also visited the training center of PJSC “NEFAZ” itself and evaluated its technical equipment. Here, as part of a comprehensive training program, newly hired employees practice assembly skills of various units of passenger equipment on a special stand-simulator before being assigned to regular workplaces.

At the end of the visit, a meeting was held where the results of the enterprise’s activities for 4 months were reviewed, including the implementation of the current year’s business plan, as well as the realization of priority investment projects.
