A new format for informing students, staff, and faculty about the university’s main news has been launched by the Public Relations Department. Now, news digests are broadcast in a convenient video format on the university’s information panels.

As before, the digest of the main events of the week in text format will be sent to the corporate email of all university employees every Friday. The new video format of the digest is designed to expand the audience of university news. A short video with the main events of the week is already being broadcast on the information panels in the First Building, the Main Building, and the Research Building “Technopolis Polytech.” The digest will be updated every Monday.

In the digest — the most important events of the week: scientific achievements, victories of politicians, new interesting projects, conferences, and much more.

Digital information panels at the Polytechnic Universitywill appear in 2025. Its installation became an important step in improving the university’s information environment. This format immediately made it possible to reduce the number of paper posters, announcements, and banners.

A multimedia news digest on the information panel in the central building of Politech will help all students and staff quickly learn about the main events of the university, which is very relevant in conditions of a tight schedule. We consistently expand communication channels and formats, which undoubtedly contributes to the formation of an internal corporate culture and helps each Politech member feel like part of a united team,” noted the head of the Public Relations Department of SPbPU, Marianna Dyakova.

Follow the news of Politeka on the website, the digital information panel, and on social networks. Send materials about your achievements and interesting events to the email:mass-media@spbstu.ru.
