College and technical school graduates will be able to count the results of the demonstration exam as the results of an independent qualification assessment. The decree on the procedure and cases for recognizing such results was signed by the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin.

Recognition of the results will be carried out by the council on professional qualifications at the initiative of the employer and with the consent of the graduate.

During the demonstration exam, the educational organization must use control measurement materials for the chosen profile that have received a positive opinion from the councils on professional qualifications.

In addition, the qualifications of the members of the expert group within the state examination commission must meet certain requirements and be confirmed by the Council on Professional Qualifications.

Successful completion of an independent qualification assessment allows a graduate to confirm their professional skills, obtain a qualification certificate, and expand their employment opportunities.
