“I have visited the stands of Moscow, Tatarstan, Kirov and Penza regions. Having seen what the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, the Republic of Mordovia, and the Donetsk People’s Republic presented. Through the products of local producers and the presentation of investment projects, the regions talked about their growth points, revealed economic potential. Taking advantage of the opportunity, I held meetings with the heads of the entities, discussed issues of socio-economic development and the implementation of the national project ‘Infrastructure for Life’,” reported the Deputy Prime Minister.

Marat Khusnullin and the head of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic Rashid Temrezov discussed issues of modernization of communal infrastructure, as well as the road transport sector. The Deputy Prime Minister said that the region actively uses both federal support measures, attracting tools from the infrastructure menu – IBC, SCC, CIC, as well as investor funds. At the exhibition stand, he looked at how the concession project of the airport complex Arskyz will look.

“The spheres overseen by Marat Shakirzyanovich, and the enormous support from his side to the regions in their development, are of key importance for fulfilling the President’s directives to improve the quality of life of citizens. Our joint work on the development of the construction industry, modernization of the utility complex, improvement of the transport network, and creation of modern public spaces in Karachay-Cherkessia is already yielding tangible results. Thanks to Marat Shakirzyanovich for our close cooperation and full synchronization of federal tasks with the regional agenda,” added the head of Karachay-Cherkessia.

At the meeting with the head of the Republic of Mordovia, Artyom Zdunov, the parties discussed bringing the highways to regulatory condition, and touched upon issues related to housing and communal services.

Stroitel’naya in Saransk, overpasses in the cities of Ruzaevka and Kovylkino. The region’s own funds from the regional road fund are directed towards financing major capital construction projects. All this not only helps improve transport infrastructure and enhance road safety, but also stimulates the socio-economic development of the subject,” noted the head of Mordovia.

Denis Pushilin told the vice-premier about the pace of economic recovery of the Donetsk People’s Republic and about how work is being conducted to attract investors, including within the framework of a free economic zone, which is audited under the management of the PPC “Territory Development Fund.”

“The annual work of the Donetsk People’s Republic in the KazanForum field is seen as one of the strategic instruments for the advanced development of the region. The main goal is to attract investments into the real sector of the economy, using the unique preferences of the free economic zone and the industrial potential of Donbass. Solvent demand is growing, we have a serious bank of land plots for construction, a multiplicative effect from large-scale construction, including logistics, energy, and building materials production.”Individually supported each investor, accompanied at all stages of work, turning agreements into mutually beneficial contracts,” emphasized the head of the DN.
