The youth council of “KAMAZ” held a casting call for the team at the XIV International Youth Industrial Forum “Engineers of the Future-2026”.
The organizers invited engineers, technologists, and designers, specialists with a technical mindset up to 35 years old, to the selection. The casting took place at the youth center “KAMAZ” and gathered about 30 people. Participants prepared a self-presentation, the performance was allocated no more than two minutes, after which clarifying questions were asked.
According to the chief specialist for work with youth Irina Bulaeva, compared to last year, the Kamaz delegation will become larger – 25 people will enter it.“We are forming a team of universal fighters who will be able to participate in badminton, football, digital games, chess, shooting from pneumatic weapons, and sports competitions. By the end of the day, we will finalize the list of our delegation.”, – toldIrina Bulaeva. –After the May holidays, having regained strength and rested well, we plan to begin sports training and preparation of KVN acts.
The “Engineers of the Future-2026” forum will be held from June 23 to July 3 on the territory of the “Shardzher” park-hotel in the village of Bunyrëvo, Tula region. This annual event gathers thousands of university students and young specialists from enterprises across Russia. The forum program includes “round tables” and discussions with the participation of heads of corporations, directors of engineering enterprises, rectors, and politicians. Participants will get acquainted with the latest developments and technologies of companies, as well as projects by young engineers, designers, and scientists. The implementation of innovations and modernization of production, as well as problems of technical education, will be discussed.
