Rosneft occupies leading positions in the field of corporate volunteering thanks to the development of the “Good Deeds Platform” program. This large-scale Company initiative has been implemented for more than 4 years. In 2025 alone, more than 1700 events were held within the framework of the program, in which 108 thousand employees participated.

On the eve of Victory Day, volunteers from the East Siberian Oil and Gas Company (ESOGC) are helping the Krasnoyarsk Victory Memorial to digitize archives of the Great Patriotic War. The oil workers received access to handwritten documents that need to be deciphered and transferred into electronic databases. These are personal letters and documents of soldiers, diaries, press, and other artifacts. In addition, volunteers will have to search for information about the fighters.

Employees of “VSNK” and “Slavneft-Krasnoyarskneftegaz” also participated in the large-scale community workday – they put in order the burial sites of participants of the Great Patriotic War and monuments of the 19th and 20th centuries.

Employees of Samotlorneftegaz organized a series of master classes in decorative and applied arts and a creative event “Musical Lotto” for war veterans, labor veterans, and pensioners of Nizhnevartovsk. Volunteers of Sevkomneftegaz organized a thematic meeting “Generational Connection” with the participation of student youth from the Movement of the First and elderly wards of the social assistance center for the population “Harmony.”

Employees of the “Angarsk Oil Chemical Company” and the “Angarsk Polymer Plant” have formed product kits for former underage inmates of fascist concentration camps living in Angarsk.

Volunteers of “RN-Krasnodarneftegaz” held a cleanup day at the Krasnodar Nursing Home. The volunteers cleaned the territory, and participants of the corporate creative festival “Energy of Talents” performed a concert for the residents. Additionally, company employees carried out cleaning at the burial sites of participants of the Great Patriotic War at the All Saints Memorial Cemetery in Krasnodar.

Krasnodar oil workers also provided assistance to elderly and low-income people from the urban-type settlement of Astyrsky. At the request of pensioners, they cleared the territory of several households from dry leaves, cut down dry branches, and painted fences.

Volunteers of “Tyumenneftegaz” assembled grocery baskets and prepared a year’s supply of household chemicals, which were handed over to large families under the care of the Tyumen public organization “Special Child.” In addition, the volunteers assisted in cleaning the courtyard territory of one of the families in Tyumen.

Volunteers of the Tomsk Project Institute handed over to the charitable foundation “Blagovest” developmental games, creativity kits, toys, food products, and children’s hygiene products and detergent. This is assistance for participants of the “Hospitalized Children” program – toddlers in hospitals who, for various reasons, found themselves without adult support. The Institute is a permanent partner of the foundation; Company volunteers hold charitable collections several times a year for the foundation’s wards, then sort, pack, and deliver necessary items to the children.

Volunteers from “Kharampurneftegaz” organized courses in in-demand professions for orphanage graduates. Grooming is the art of caring for pets, welding is a serious professional specialty with excellent prospects. Young participants of the initiative acquired practical skills that will help them consciously choose their professional path.

This year, as part of the “Month of Spring Care,” a large-scale campaign “Spring for the East” was held, in the framework of which the teams of “Angarsk Polymer Plant,” Novokuybyshevsk NPZ, Komsomolsk NPZ, “Samotlorneftegas,” “Ulyanovsknefteprodukt,” and “RN-Marine Terminal Tuapse” collected over 900 kg of feed, as well as household items and medicines, which were donated to shelters and organizations that help homeless animals.

In Russia, 2026 is declared the Year of Unity of the Peoples. Volunteer initiatives are a significant tool for strengthening interethnic harmony and mutual understanding among representatives of more than 190 peoples of our country. Employees of the Komsomolsk NPZ held the Land Festival – “Na Anyani” in the Nanai village of Verkhnyaya Ekoni. Residents of Komsomolsk-on-Amur and the village visited the ethnographic museum, attended the decorative and applied arts exhibition-fair, and participated in a workshop on making national souvenirs.

Volunteers from “Orenburgneft” helped with the spring cleaning of household plots for lonely veterans of Buzuluk, and also sorted and sent 30 kg of plastic caps for recycling. For the youth of the “First Movement,” a lecture was held on the benefits of collecting recyclables and careful attitude towards nature.

Ecologists from the Novokuybyshevsk NPZ held an educational event for the pupils of the boarding school named after I.E. Egorov, where, in a playful form, the children were introduced to the topic of separate waste collection and the rules for planting plants. In addition, at the city health center base, factory ecologists conducted a master class on creating bright artistic panels from textiles and unwanted clothing, decorating the school buildings.

“Novokuybyshevsky NPZ” also implemented the “Health School” project for those resting in the suburban sanatorium-prophylactorium “Dubki.” Everyone who wished was able to receive an individual consultation from factory doctors, as well as recommendations on healthy nutrition. At the end of the event, there was a master class on preparing healthy desserts and nutritious vitamin cocktails.

The team of “Samotlorneftegaz” took part in a charity run to support six-year-old Lyuba — a girl diagnosed with cerebral palsy (CP). Along with other sympathetic residents of Nizhnevartovsk, the company employees responded to help her family raise funds for rehabilitation. The starting contribution of each participant before overcoming the distance made it possible to bring closer the dream of little Lyuba to move independently and go to school together with her peers.

At “Taas-Yuryakh Oil and Gas Production” as part of the “Month of Spring Care” for employees, lectures and master classes were organized on topics such as: “Proper Nutrition”, “Healthy Back” and others. Invited volunteers spoke as speakers – nutritionists, therapeutic exercise trainers, and reflexologist doctors.
