In the Southern Administrative Okrug (UAO) at an open auction, entrepreneurs can acquire five non-residential premisescommercial premises, located in a residential complex in the Tsaritsyno district. This was reported by the head of the capital’s Department of Competition PolicyKirill Purtov.
“On Moscow’s investment portal, entrepreneurs can select real estate objects for implementing various business projects. Currently, five non-residential premises with an area from 54.7 to 169.1 square meters in the Tsaritsyno district have been put up for open auctions. They are located in a modern residential complex on Yerevanskaya Street, near social facilities and the district center ‘Meeting Place Elbrus.’ The premises for free appointment are suitable for organizing coworking spaces, libraries, public dining points, halls for yoga and fitness,” noted Kirill Purtov.
The premises are located at the following addresses: Yerevan Street, house 4, building 2 and house 6, building 2. The premises are situated on the first floors and have separate entrances. The real estate seller is the metropolitanDepartment of City Property.
Applications for participation in the auction will close on May 25, and the auctions will take place on June 1 on the online platform“Roseltorg”. Registration and an enhanced qualified electronic signature are required to participate.
