The Career Development Center of ANO “Human Capital Development” has prepared a free video course “How to Start a Career” for specialists entering the labor market for the first time or after a long break. They will receive practical recommendations on how to choose a professional direction, create a strong resume, write a cover letter, confidently pass an interview, and evaluate an employer’s offer.
“Today, many companies are ready to consider young specialists even with minimal experience, but for a successful start, it is important to be able to competently present your knowledge, motivation, and potential. In 18 video lectures, career consultants explain in simple and clear language the entire path of a job seeker — from choosing a profession to accepting offers. The course becomes a practical navigator for young specialists taking their first steps in the profession, and for employers — an additional tool for preparing future employees for entry into the market,” said the career development center.
A separate section is dedicated to job searching without experience, employment formats, and professions in a high-tech company. Career consultants explain how a young specialist can determine their strengths and career orientations, as well as where to look for internships and vacancies without experience. In addition, listeners learn why the first job is important not only as a source of income, but also as a way to gain practical skills, integrate into a professional community, and outline their career path.
Within the framework of the lessons, issues of creating a clear and strong resume, writing a cover letter, and preparing for an interview are also considered in order to demonstrate to the employer one’s strengths and potential benefits.
Listeners will learn how to choose a suitable company and type of employment, as well as get acquainted with in-demand professions in high-tech industries. Among them are data analysts, AI/ML engineers, cybersecurity specialists, robotics engineers, 3D printing specialists, bioinformatics professionals, and developers of biomedical devices. Such knowledge helps not only to respond to job openings but also to better understand the labor market and consciously choose a career path.
In addition, the final stage of employment — choosing a job offer — is examined in detail in the video lesson. Specialists explain what conditions to pay attention to, how to relate the offer to your career goals, and which questions are important to clarify before agreeing to the job.
