Beijing, May 11 /Xin Hua/ — The Chinese region of Taiwan, without the consent of the country’s central government, has no grounds, reasons, or rights to participate in the 79th World Health Assembly /WHA/, which will open on May 18. This was stated on Monday by the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the PRC, Go Zyakun.
