Beijing, May 8 /Xinhuanet/ — China and France, as permanent members of the UN Security Council and leading independent powers, bear an important responsibility for maintaining international peace, stability, and development. This was stated on Friday by the head of the CPC Central Committee’s Foreign Affairs Commission Office, Wan Yi.
