Almaty, May 8 /Xin Hua/ — Kazakh airline FlyArystan will open a new international route from June 26, 2026, on the Aktau — Urumqi direction. This was reported on Friday by the carrier’s press service.

Flights will be operated twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays, return flights on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

“China remains one of the most promising directions for the development of FlyArystan’s route network. We are consistently expanding our presence, making international flights more accessible and convenient for passengers from various regions of Kazakhstan, including the western part of the country, which receives direct air service to one of the key economic centers of China,” said the president of the airline Juan Aida.

According to his data, by the end of June, the total frequency of flights between Kazakhstan and China under the flagship carriers Air Astana and FlyArystan will reach about 50 flights per week. The new route will complement the existing flight network of the carrier to China. –0–
