NaPhysical Faculty of Novosibirsk State University (FF NSU)A musical and poetic evening “We must not forget these roads,” dedicated to Victory Day, took place. Students and teachers performed war songs, recited poems, and shared stories from their families.
Songs “Era, Roads”, “Songs of Our Fathers”, “For That Guy”, “Blue Kerchief”, “Dark Night”, “Evening on the Raid”, “About That Spring”, “Russian Road”, “White Panamas”, “Take the Overcoat, Let’s Go Home”, an excerpt from Aleksandr Tvardovsky’s poem “Vasily Tyorkin”, “Volga Ballad” by Lev Oshanin were heard from the stage. The evening ended with joint performances of the songs “Liza”, “There Were Heroes of the Time” and “Victory Day”. A special part of the program were stories by students and teachers about their relatives who were front-line soldiers. The guys recalled their great-grandfathers who went through the Karelian front, defended Rzhev and Stalingrad, survived serious wounds and losses.Teachers V.I. Telnov, A.I. Valishev, L.K. Popov also shared family stories and reflections on the memory of generations.

According to one of the organizers of the student eveningIvana Luzhnikova, the idea to continue holding a festive concert from last year came from the students themselves — and they managed to capture that atmosphere of sincerity and shared experience that such meetings create.
At the completion of the deputy dean of the Faculty of Philology for educational and extracurricular workZhanna Ermolemphasized that it is precisely thanks to the students that this tradition continues to live:
—Everything that is happening today is only thanks to the guys. Everyone came with their own: with what matters, what hurts, what they wanted to convey to each other.
