Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed an order to write off the debts of two-thirds of budget loans for 21 more regions for a total amount exceeding 114 billion rubles. The write-off volume corresponds to the size of investments of these territories in housing and communal services modernization projects (including the replacement of elevator equipment in apartment buildings), relocation of citizens from emergency housing, updating public transport, recapitalization of industrial development funds, as well as in the implementation of national projects, new investment projects and projects for the development of cities and municipal formations of regions included in the Far Eastern Federal District and the Arctic zone of Russia.
