Tatyana Golikova held a meeting of the organizing committee for the preparation and conduct of the XI All-Russian Labor Protection Week in 2026
The work of the organizing committee was attended by the head of the Ministry of Labor Anton Kotyakov, Presidential Advisor Anton Kobyakov, RSPP President Alexander Shokhin, First Deputy Head of the FMBA of Russia Tatyana Yakovleva, as well as representatives of the Administration of the President of Russia, the Government, federal and regional ministries and departments, the Roscongress Foundation, Rostechnadzor, Rosatom, Gazprom, the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia, and the RSPP.
“The All-Russian Labor Protection Week has made great progress over 10 years, significantly expanding its scale and range of topics covered. In conditions where labor supply lags behind demand, we must pay special and thorough attention to improving workers’ labor conditions, safety, and health. The annual events of the ALPW help to form a comprehensive approach to addressing key challenges in the social and labor sphere. In 2026, the XI All-Russian Labor Protection Week will take place from October 7 to 10 at ‘Sirius,'” said Deputy Prime Minister, Chairperson of the ALPW Organizing Committee Tatyana Golikova.She added that over the past 10 years it has been possible to achieve a stable reduction in the total number of accidents at work, while the volumes of financial support for preventive measures are increasing annually.
In 2026, at the VNIT field, along with the industry exhibition, a separate cluster of industrial robotics directions is planned, and with the support of the FMBA of Russia, special attention at the exhibition exposition will be given to industrial medicine, rehabilitation, and the restoration of employee health.
“The main theme of VNOT-2026 is ‘Socially oriented technologies – a tool for achieving national goals.’ Within the framework of the forum, we are to discuss the concept of ‘social orientation through modern solutions,’ in which human health and labor is the highest value and driver for the introduction of modern technologies. The program covers a wide range of issues—from the implementation of digital monitoring services and data analysis on injury to the formation of a new culture of care in production,” noted the head of the Ministry of Labor, Anton Kotyakov.
Advisor to the President of Russia Anton Kobyakov, in his speech, noted that the modern agenda of the forum has gone beyond the traditional frameworks of industrial process safety – here, issues that have strategic significance for the state and every citizen are being united.
“Today, the mission of the country’s main social forum is investment in human capital and social stability in the country. The event agenda covers a wide range of topics: the development of tools and mechanisms to improve the quality of life of the population, the effective functioning of the labor market and employment, the improvement of the social insurance system, advanced health preservation methodologies, as well as mechanisms for targeted social support of the population.”In connection with the declaration of 2026 as the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia, it is considered appropriate to use the VNOT platform to demonstrate the unity of the peoples of Russia, which is manifested, among other things, in the creation of equal and safe working conditions for citizens regardless of the region of residence,” noted Anton Kobyakov.
Also, at the VNOT fields, enterprises present centers demonstrating best practices and the investment potential of territories. In addition, special zones for testing new materials, CIZ, innovative products, and services will be organized at the VNOT-2026 exhibition.
Within the framework of VNOT-2026, traditional events of the international track and Youth Day will be held with the participation of personnel specialists from the largest enterprises, and the results of the professional skills contest in the field of social services and labor protection contests will also be summed up.
The event – the VNOT-2026 satellite – will take place in June in Tomsk.
