Almaty, April 29 /Xinhua/ — The Ministry of Energy of Kazakhstan does not consider the issue of changing the participation format in OPEC+, the Kazinform agency reported on Wednesday.
Kazakhstan has been participating in the OPEC+ agreement since 2016. The alliance members coordinate oil production volumes in order to maintain the stability of global prices.
It was previously reported that the United Arab Emirates withdrew from OPEC and OPEC+ agreements after more than 50 years of participation.
