With the support of Rosneft, the Khor Sretensky Monastery is starting a new tour with the musical production “Russia is One for Us”. The premiere performance of the ensemble will take place on April 2 in Ufa.

“Rosneft” has been supporting the Khor Sretensky Monastery for more than 10 years. During this time, the musical ensemble has successfully conducted numerous concert tours. Among the performances in recent years are “Unholy Saints”, “Romanovs”, “Russia: Time, Ahead!”, “Masterpieces of World Culture”, “Life”, “Songs of Our Parents”, “Dedicated to the Great Victory.”

The new concert program “Russia Is the Same with Us” is a musical dedication to the great history, spiritual strength, and cultural heritage of our Motherland. Through the powerful sound of choral music, the viewer is immersed in an atmosphere of love for the Fatherland and remembrance of the heroic deeds of ancestors. Concert guests will hear all the familiar and beloved songs performed by the choir: “There Is Only a Moment”, “The Beautiful Faraway”, “Everything Will Pass”, “Call Me by Name”, “Horse”, “Hope”, and many others.

At the core of the production are stories told by the choir participants. These narratives are harmoniously intertwined with great music and reveal the image of Russia, whose strength lies in its people, faith, and culture. The author of the idea and director is Fyodor Stepanov, the director of the Choir of the Sretensky Monastery and a composer. Additionally, employees of the Company—winners and prize-winners of the corporate creative festival “Energy of Talents”—will perform for the guests.

The tour program includes concerts in 11 cities of the presence region of the Company, among them: Samara, Novokuybyshevsk, Krasnoyarsk, Neftekamsk, Nizhnevartovsk, Nefteyugansk, Nyagan, Ryazan, Tuapse, Saratov. The tour will conclude on August 31 with a concert in Krasnoyarsk.

The choir of the Sretensky Monastery is one of the most famous musical ensembles in Russia; in 2025 it will celebrate its 30th anniversary. The male choir, led by conductor Andrei Poltoranin, has a unique performing style that allows listeners to hear and feel both spiritual music as well as well-known folk and popular songs in a new way. The ensemble has already visited more than 45 countries and performed on the most famous stages.

Rosneft actively participates in significant projects of Russian cultural life, each of which becomes a vivid phenomenon and defines the cultural image of the country. Since 2018, Rosneft has supported projects of the State Hermitage. In 2025, two first halls of the new permanent exhibition “Art of the Era and Modernity” were opened in the Main Headquarters.
