Participants work out step techniques, body and arm positioning, learn to feel the rhythm, and help develop muscle memory and the ability to hear the partner. All these classes are conducted by a professional dancer, a finalist and prize-winner of all-Russian and international competitions, Serob Galstyan.
For toddlers from three years old and their parents, the club “Moving Together with Mom” is open in the park“Khodynka Field”. In classes, children learn simple dance elements through games and music, which help develop coordination and a sense of rhythm. It is also possible to attend Latin American dance lessons in the park.“Latina solo”. Participants master basic movements and learn to improvise. The circle is led by Olga Cherkasova, a teacher and a member of the Moscow Federation of Dance Sport.

In the Fili park, you can test your skills in several dance styles — both historical and modern. The lessons are held in a dance studio“Antre”. They are intended for participants aged 35 and older. Dancers study the menuet, waltz-gavotte, and tustep. Special attention is paid to technique and execution, correct work as a couple, and sense of rhythm. The classes are led by Vyacheslav Tarasov — a teacher-choreographer with more than 30 years of experience.
You can get acquainted with the rich dance culture of the peoples of the Caucasus in Tagansky Park at the ensemble rehearsals.“Rassvet”. The lessons are designed for children from the age of five. They learn lezginka, and it helps them develop endurance, flexibility, and coordination of movements.
