Without the usual pairs and audience, but with full involvement — this was the format of the educational and developmental trip “School of Student Self-Government Activists “KUL””, which took place from April 18 to 20. Students from various institutes and courses participated, united by common work beyond the university.

The travel format is built on practice. Participants did not just listen, but immediately got involved in the process: they discussed ideas, tried themselves in new roles, and worked in teams. This allowed them to step out of the usual environment and look at their capabilities differently.

One of the key tasks of the school is the selection and preparation of the organizing team for future trips. Here, a team is formed that takes upon itself the development of the concept, organization of the program, and implementation of the project from start to finish. Essentially, it is precisely at “KULE” that the foundation for subsequent events appears: from the initial ideas to the final solutions.

Special attention is paid to teamwork.

Participants learn to negotiate, allocate responsibility, and bring tasks to completion. This helps not only to develop personal skills but also to understand how work is organized within the student community.

“KUL” traditionally gathers students for whom it is important not just to participate, but to influence university life and launch their own initiatives.

The project is implemented with the support of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs “Rosmolodezh” and the “Rosmolodezh.Grants” program.
