At the competition of the Russian Academy of Architecture and Construction Sciences (RAASN) for the best scientific and creative works in the field of architecture, urban planning, and construction sciences for 2025, awarded with a diplomaTextbook “Organization, Planning, and Management in Construction”. The authorial team includes Professor Yuri Kazakov, Doctor of Technical Sciences, of the Department of Construction Production Technology at the Saint Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering. The textbook was prepared in co-authorship with colleagues from the Military Academy of Material and Technical Support named after Army General A. V. Khrulev.
The textbook covers modern methods of organizing construction, production, and work organization; preparation of an investment construction project; scheduling; organization of the construction site; provision of the facility with material, technical resources; production management, including the use of modern computer technologies. Features of preparation for construction production, scheduling, and provision of construction sites with materials and mechanisms under conditions of eliminating the consequences of armed conflicts are considered.
