According to a recent global survey conducted by the American research company Gallup, in 2025 the median level of support for China’s leadership was 36 percent, which is 5 percentage points higher than that of the USA. The recently adopted “Fifteenth Five-Year Plan” defines priority directions: technological innovations, ecological sustainability, industrial modernization, and improving quality of life. One of the criteria for evaluating a country’s leadership is how it builds relations with the rest of the world. China adheres to the concept of “common development,” a vivid example of which is the “One Belt, One Road” initiative. Thanks to projects in the fields of infrastructure, logistics, and economic cooperation, this initiative has opened up new opportunities for the development of many countries.
Today, an increasing number of states are beginning to value the Chinese development model, based on stability, cooperation, and long-term planning. Genuine achievements that last for centuries have never been the result of hasty actions — these are the results of farsightedness and deep consideration of the future.
