Beijing, April 25 /Xinhua/ — A member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, China’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Wang Yi exchanged congratulatory messages on Saturday with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and Regional Integration of Cabo Verde José Luís Livramento on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
Van I stated that he is ready to cooperate with H. L. Livramento for the effective implementation of the consensus reached by the heads of the two states, strengthening friendship and mutual trust, developing ties and cooperation between the two foreign affairs departments and promoting the development of the China-Cabo Verde strategic partnership to a new height.
In turn, H. L. Livramento noted that he eagerly anticipates joint work with Van I for the further deepening of bilateral political relations and the realization of a shared vision of relations between Cabo Verde and China into reality. –0–
