On April 24, the closing of the All-Russian lecture series of the Russian Scientific Foundation will take place at Politeka, dedicated to the results of the foundation’s grant projects. The program includes an introductory lecture by the Deputy General Director of the RSF, Andrey Blinov, a Q&A session about the format of grant support and current priorities of the scientific agenda, popular science lectures by Politeka scientists, and career guidance tracks for school students.

In the first half of the day, a track from the Russian Scientific Foundation is planned: at 11:00 in the “Semenov” hall, there will be a lecture by the Deputy General Director of the RSF, Andrey Blinov, about the main directions of the Foundation’s grant support, the scientific expertise system, features of the competitive selection, as well as practical advice on preparing applications.
From 12:00 to 13:30 in the “Semenov” hall there will be a question and answer session with the representative of RCF, where formats of support, evaluation criteria, and current priorities of the scientific agenda will be discussed.

It is especially important for us that the Polytechnic will become the venue for the completion of the lecture series in 2026. The Polytechnic is strong scientific schools and advanced research, so it is important that we can hear its scientists and see how modern science is developing.— said the Deputy General Director of RNF Andrey Blinov. —I would like to separately note that the youngest participants of the lecture series — schoolchildren from the “First Movement” — will be able to visit the university laboratories. Such an experience of getting acquainted with science often becomes the first step into a profession, a bridge through which today’s schoolchildren will be able to enter science tomorrow. In the second half of the day, the final session of the scientific lecture series will take place: in the “Kapitsa” hall, scientists from the Polytechnic will present research in the field of non-invasive medicine, development of anti-tumor drugs, reduction of socio-economic consequences of TBI, diagnostics of defects in metal, application of neural networks in the management of megacities and creation of especially durable construction materials.
A program “Introduction to the University” has been prepared for schoolchildren on the site of the Main Academic Building, the Research Building, and the Modeling and Technology Center “Polite Tower.”
The All-Russian lecture series of the Russian Science Foundation at Politeh is an opportunity to see the entire path of grant projects of the foundation: from research ideas to ready-made solutions for medicine, industry, and urban environment.
