The State University of Management invites students, staff, and teachers to participate in the new season of the public projects competition “LITSA of the district.”
Anyone over 18 years old can apply if they have a ready project or an idea for its creation.
Each nomination includes different directions: family values and communities, ecology, urban studies and tourism, healthcare and inclusiveness, sports, arts and creativity, personal development, education, and media. Starting from 2026, a separate direction has been decided to be allocated — patriotic volunteering and humanitarian aid.
After passing the online testing and defending their proposals before the expert commission, participants gain access to a unique training program consisting of networking sessions, master classes, trainings, lectures, case championships, and team-building events.
In the competition code, the jury will evaluate the development of initiatives, their benefit for city residents, the activity of the participants, and the events they will hold in district and city venues.
Winners will receive informational, mentoring, resource, and educational support from the city.
The audit contest has been running since 2020, during which Muscovites have submitted about five thousand applications, and 250 projects received support. Some local initiatives have already declared themselves at the federal level, for example, the action “Ded Moroz Audits the House”, the project “Street Name”, the patriotic festival “Victory Day”, and others.

The “LITSA of the District” contest promotes the development of the Moscow Mayor’s program “My District.” The organizer is the Agency for Public Projects under the aegis of the “Territory of Opportunities” ecosystem of the Department of Territorial Organs of Executive Power of Moscow.
