Applications are open for the contest “Rosmolodezh.Grants: Move the Community” among individuals. It is conducted in one nomination — #move_the_community. Participants can receive a grant for creating student media in a technical school or college, conducting educational programs, events, competitions and festivals, forming new or developing existing sections and clubs. Applications can be submitted until May 20 on the websiteFGAIS “Youth of Russia”.

In colleges and technical schools, additional conditions for realizing the potential of students are created with the help of student communities.”Thanks to the contest “Rejuvenation.Grants: Move Communities” of the national project “Youth and Children,” students of the SPO system will be able to receive up to 2 million rubles for the creation and development of existing sections and clubs, conducting educational programs and thematic events,” said Deputy Chairman of the Government Dmitry Chernyshenko.
The competition has been held since 2024 and unites projects of SPO students from all over the country. In the nomination #move_the_community, citizens of Russia and the Republic of Abkhazia aged 14 to 35 can take part. Participants become managers of their own projects, gaining experience in teamwork and resource management.
“In 2025, 63 projects – winners of the “Move Communities” competition – received grant support totaling more than 75 million rubles. Among them are career guidance initiatives, practices for training first aid skills, volunteer support, as well as the creation of student communities within educational organizations. This year, we expect even greater activity from students of secondary vocational education institutions and students from Central Asia, who are joining the competition for the first time,” noted the head of Rosmolodezh, Grigory Gurov.
Thanks to the competition, Darya Kitova from the Samara region created a media industry school called “Mediasphere” and held a series of educational events for students of secondary vocational schools. Together with the team, she trained participants in media product creation skills: from text publications to video content, as well as the basics of working in social networks. The result of the project was the emergence of the first student media outlet for secondary vocational schools of the Samara region.
Ramazan Zainuev from the Moscow region opened the school “Not Just Talked”. Participants engaged in dialogical practices, worked with a speech therapist and a psychologist, took part in a master class on acting skills, and also tried out the acquired skills in real debates.
