The team of the volunteer center “Harmony” held a ball in the spacious hall of the “Sputnik” hotel. That evening, every guest became an integral part of a story based on the plot of “The Bremen Town Musicians.” Here, modernity and classics, lively songs and historical dances were harmoniously combined, as well as Russian folk games and humorous dialogues of the characters.

The entire event was combined into one fairy-tale plot. The grown-up princess, whose role was played by a student of the Humanities Institute, the author of the idea and the script, head of the creative club “Polinova” Maria Guner, taking advantage of the king’s absence, decides to throw a party and invites her friend — a modern and cheerful musician, the Troubadour. His image was embodied by a student of the “Jurisprudence” direction, Artyom Kuzmin. However, a curator of the plot department arrives from the fairy-tale department — a pedantic and elegant ceremonialist and dance master (a student of “Biotechnology” Luka Boriskin). To confuse the minstrel, he invites literary heroes to the ball.

To resolve the conflict that arose between modern and classical forms of art, heroes make bets. Guests of the event were also involved: they were invited to try on the images of literary characters for themselves and become part of the developing plot.

The ball harmoniously combined music, dances, and performances. It was especially striking that a single storyline ran throughout the entire event. The Princess, Troubadour, and Dance Master appeared as bright, lively characters, each with their own unique personality. Most memorable was the dance “OXO” — simple, yet incredibly spirited and fun. All the cavaliers were impeccably gallant, and the ladies were beautiful.,” said Eva Tionova, a first-year student at the Humanities Institute.

In the dim light of the lamp, old and lively songs performed by soloists of the vocal studio “Polivoks” alternated with each other, accompanied by the entire hall’s enthusiastic applause.

Bal in the 21st century is something incredible. You feel amazing when, emerging from a world of fleeting clips, you immerse yourself in waltz rhythms. We were very glad to be invited to perform at such a significant event and tried to carefully select images and repertoire. It is especially valuable to see participants singing along and dancing — the hall was filled with powerful positive energy.,— shared her impressions the deputy chief administrator of “Polivoks”, volunteer of the “Harmony” Center Anastasia Korableva.

Slow and dynamic dances, as well as master classes from the pupils of the historical dance studio of the military-historical club “Nash Polit” made all the spectators move.

We were pleasantly pleased by the involvement of the ball guests. The hall was dancing, and we were glad to share the art of historical dance with interested participants., — commented on his participation Luka Boriskin.

Who won this unusual confrontation? The decision was left to the princess, and her choice turned out to be symbolic — harmony won! After all, only by combining modernity and tradition, dynamism and grace, music and dance, did the Dobro.Center “Harmony” team create a truly lively and memorable evening.

When the magic of Politeia unites generations! Not long ago, my older son and I attended the Harmonic Ball of the Dobro.Center “Harmony”. As a graduate and ambassador of the university, I often attend events, but this evening was special. A well-thought-out program, participant engagement, and the festive atmosphere made it truly unique. Thank you for this experience. Always glad to see such events being created at my alma mater!,â — noted the ambassador of the Polytechnic UniversityRuslan Talipov.

Humor of a wandering musician, whims of a princess, orders of the ceremony master, and fun games! The entire dancing hall could not fit into the camera lens. Activists received a lot of pleasure, new interesting dance skills, and an incentive to help in organizing such wonderful events.
