1. About the draft federal law “On Amendments to Article 217 Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation”
The draft law was developed with the aim of establishing limitation periods and the procedure for calculation in challenging privatization transactions in order to protect the rights of bona fide property acquirers.
Government Decision:
Approve the draft federal law “On Amendments to Article 217, Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation” and submit it to the State Duma in the prescribed manner.
2.ÂOn the draft federal law “On Amendments to the Federal Law ‘On the Basics of Health Protection of Citizens in the Russian Federation'”
The draft federal law has been prepared to improve the procedure for accreditation of specialists and certification of medical and pharmaceutical workers for the assignment of a qualification category.

Approve the draft federal law “On Amendments to the Federal Law ‘On the Basics of Health Protection of Citizens in the Russian Federation'” and submit it to the State Duma in the prescribed manner.
3.ÂOn the draft federal law “On Amendments to Articles 3 and 24 of the Law of the Russian Federation “On Subsoil”
The bill establishes a new authority for Rostekhnadzor – the approval of rules for conducting geological monitoring during the development of hard mineral deposits.

Approve the draft federal law “On amendments to Articles 3 and 24 of the Law of the Russian Federation “On Mineral Resources” and submit it to the State Duma in the prescribed manner.
4.ÂAbout the draft federal law “On Amendments to the Federal Law ‘On Physical Culture and Sports in the Russian Federation'”
The bill is aimed at increasing the effectiveness of medical and biological support for athletes of the national sports teams of the Russian Federation, subjects of the Russian Federation, and the federal territory “Sirius”.

Approve the draft federal law “On Amendments to the Federal Law ‘On Physical Culture and Sports in the Russian Federation'” and submit it to the State Duma in the prescribed manner.
5.ÂAbout the draft amendments of the Government of the Russian Federation to the draft federal law No. 1024050-8 “On amendments to Article 351On the Federal Law “On the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation”
The bill aims to improve housing provision for employees of the Investigative Committee, as well as for those dismissed from it with the right to a pension, who are performing military service in the area of a special military operation or counter-terrorist operation, and for their family members.
Government Resolution:
Approve the draft amendments of the Government of the Russian Federation to the draft federal law No. 1024050-8 “On amendments to Article 351To the Federal Law “On the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation” and to submit to the State Duma in the prescribed manner.
