Muscovites have sent more than 200 million rubles on the program’s website “Million prizes” in support of the participants of the special military operation (SMO) and to provide humanitarian assistance to the residents of new and border regions of Russia.

City residents transfer points earned for participating in electronic projects “Active Citizen”, “City of Ideas”, “Our city”, “Electronic House” and others. Muscovites can donate from 100 city points, with no limit on the number of transfers. In addition, until December 10, 2026, participants have the opportunity to direct prize points received in the draws of the “#ChoosingTogether2026 — Moscow” campaign to charity. Points are converted into real assistance: one point equals one ruble.

The charitable initiative has been conducted since August 2024 on the city loyalty program website “Million Prizes” supported by the foundation “People’s Front. Everything for victory!” and other non-profit organizations.

“Thank you to the participants of the ‘Million Prizes’ program for your caring attitude! Your contribution allowed the ‘People’s Front’ to purchase large batches of bulletproof vests, anti-fragmentation blankets to protect the vehicles of medics involved in evacuating the wounded, and other necessary items on the front line. For the fighters, every load purchased thanks to the support of ordinary people is a reminder that they are loved and awaited at home with victory,” said Sergey Gorbunov, the first deputy head of the executive committee of the All-Russian People’s Front.

All equipment and machinery are supplied according to the requests of the servicemen, who know exactly what they need in a given situation. The funds raised are used to purchase high-tech equipment — drone detectors, as well as electronic warfare tools that jam the control signals of unmanned aerial vehicles. High-mobility vehicles — “Nivas” and UAZs with anti-fragmentation protection capable of saving soldiers’ lives at critical moments — are sent to the special military operation zone.

Help for civilians is provided on a targeted basis — taking into account the requests of those who have faced life difficulties. Generators, stoves, and water are delivered to residential homes and social facilities. Large families receive food, clothing, hygiene products, blankets, washing machines, and microwave ovens, as well as building materials for repairing damaged housing. In addition, children’s homes and kindergartens are provided with educational stands, furniture, and sports equipment.

The city loyalty program “Million Prizes” allows using points earned for active participation in the electronic projects of the Moscow Government to receive various goods and services from partner organizations. Accumulated points provide access to promo codes for discounts in stores and cafes, tickets to events and parks. Additionally, they can be directed to charity and assistance to beneficiaries of funds, as well as to replenishing the balance of the “Troika” transport card or parking account. Program participants can choose options for using points in special categories on the “Million Prizes” website — to support capital city entrepreneurs, non-profit organizations, and public initiatives.

The project is being implemented by the State Public Institution “New Management Technologies” together with the capital city Department of Information Technology.

The creation, development, and operation of electronic government infrastructure, including the provision of mass socially significant services as well as other services and online-format services, correspond to the objectives of the national project “Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the State” and the regional project of the city of Moscow “Digital Public Administration.”
